Our home inspectors are trained and tested by the American Society for Home Inspectors, of which they are also members. We are also insured and certified to conduct inspections in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. Specifically, we service the following counties: Howard, Prince Georges, Frederick, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Washington D.C., Loudoun, Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William and Alexandria.

Fantastic job. As first time home buyers, we weren't sure what we needed to know or be aware of, and in addition to adding issues to the report that required attention to be fixed/remedied, Chris also answered all our general home upkeep/knowledge questions when they came up as we went through the inspection with him.
