Do you need to make your offer more competitive?

A Pre-Offer inspection, which is a condensed version of a full home inspection, can be the way to go. This inspection is intended to provide a buyer with the information they need to submit an offer without an inspection contingency.

Typically this is helpful for an “as-is” sale, a competitive market, and to help justify your offer price. The main benefit being that it uncovers any potential problems and arms you with knowledge that’s helpful when it comes to negotiating a deal.

The process has the same scope of a standard home inspection, in that the inspector will identify potential red flags, but will offer findings in a walk-and-talk format. And since a report is not generated for this type of inspection, it is offered at a reduced cost.
