I had the pleasure of having Chris do a home inspection. He is extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was early to our appointment, and stayed to answer any and all questions, giving thoughtful answers to each, even though it prolonged his time with us. Fantastic job. As first time home buyers, we weren't sure what we needed to know or be aware of, and in addition to adding issues to the report that required attention to be fixed/remedied, Chris also answered all our general home upkeep/knowledge questions when they came up as we went through the inspection with him.
