Chris took me throughout the house and property, explained what we was looking for, and showed me the items that were strengths of the home, as well as, pointing out future care and maintenance priorities. We had a question about a possible future modification to the home, and Chris even went the extra mile to help us get a second opinion. Overall, I was certainly satisfied, and I would recommend Sprout to others.

As a first time home owner, I was nervous about the purchase of a home and what a home inspection would uncover. Chris Lee let me follow him throughout the entire inspection (2.5 hours!) and was extremely patient and thorough and answered all of my questions! He pointed out things that would be in the report and additional tips that wouldn’t be on the report but something I should consider (like anti-tip safety on an oven and where the emergency gas/electric/water shut off is). He gave me the confidence I needed in purchasing a house and helpful advice on how to maintain it. I couldn’t have been more grateful for such fantastic service and helpful education and background on the house for a much more affordable option than other businesses out there!
