Our home inspectors are trained and tested by the American Society for Home Inspectors, of which they are also members. We are also insured and certified to conduct inspections in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. Specifically, we service the following counties: Howard, Prince Georges, Frederick, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Washington D.C., Loudoun, Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William and Alexandria.

Chris is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and is licensed and insured in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. He conducts every home assessment with professionalism and his clients trust him.

Fantastic job. As a first time home owner, I was nervous about the purchase of a home and what a home inspection would uncover. Chris Lee let me follow him throughout the entire inspection (2.5 hours!) and was extremely patient and thorough and answered all of my questions! He pointed out things that would be in the report and additional tips that wouldn’t be on the report but something I should consider (like anti-tip safety on an oven and where the emergency gas/electric/water shut off is). He gave me the confidence I needed in purchasing a house and helpful advice on how to maintain it. I couldn’t have been more grateful for such fantastic service and helpful education and background on the house for a much more affordable option than other businesses out there!
