Our home inspectors are trained and tested by the American Society for Home Inspectors, of which they are also members. We are also insured and certified to conduct inspections in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. Specifically, we service the following counties: Howard, Prince Georges, Frederick, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Washington D.C., Loudoun, Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William and Alexandria.

Chris Lee, lead home inspector and founder of Sprout Home Inspections, has over 10 years of combined experience in the real estate and home improvement industry, giving him a unique and well-rounded perspective on the condition of any home. Chris is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and is licensed and insured in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. He conducts every home assessment with professionalism and his clients trust him.

We were really impressed with Sprout. Chris took me throughout the house and property, explained what we was looking for, and showed me the items that were strengths of the home, as well as, pointing out future care and maintenance priorities. I had the pleasure of having Chris do a home inspection. He is extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was early to our appointment, and stayed to answer any and all questions, giving thoughtful answers to each, even though it prolonged his time with us. We never felt rushed throughout the inspection, though he had mentioned he had a few more appointments once we were finished. He is a fantastic home inspector and an all around great guy!
